In college, a friend made this delicious pumpkin roll. Since then, I have always wanted to make one, but it looks too complicated and professional. Being married brings out new parts of a person. With Jesse's help, I attempted to make a pumpkin roll and it turned out beautiful and delicious. I can't wait to make it for parties, families and neighbors!! This is how ours turned out.

Whoa!! Hey hey wanna bake when I'm in town? ;) Pretzels!!! And pumpkin!! And green chocolate chip pancakes! Actually, we boiled our pumpkin and froze it, so we can make pumpkin pancakes this weekend! :) They'll be orange, rather than green. Holla!
