I will be signing a contract this week with an Charter Elementary School in Layton, Utah (see post from before, for school picture). I am sooo excited and feel so blessed for this opportunity. The way it evolved is absolutely a miracle, and the way it all played out confirms that this is the place I need to be at. I will either be teaching 1st or 2nd grade, and I offically start August 17!! This is my first real job, and I couldn't be happier. I am really and truely leaving my dream. It feels so good and exciting. I am very happy.
I was thinking if I have 1st grade, I want to do a Dr. Seuss theme, and if I have 2nd grade, I'm still thinking. I've been considering butterflies, frogs, bugs, colors, ocean, sports...What do you think?
I love how Heavenly Father has such a powerful role in our lives and will truely lead and guide us - we just must be open to the promptings and heed to them.

Megan- I hadn't read your blog before. My sister is in Las Vegas now. It looks like you've been hiking at the same place she has.
Congratulations on your job! Dallin will start kindergarten this Fall. They just changed the school schedule to a 4 day school week.
