Homemade Bread!

We had a great, small enrichment on how to make homemade bread. It was so much fun, and easier than I imagined. We kneeded the dough which was my favorite part, because I got to hit and beat it and let all the stress out. Of course we had a "professional" help us, so all the bread turned out so good! I decided to try to make some on my own. Well, all I can say is I'm also a pro! It turned out delicious with one batch I could make about four loaves. I made two as plain wheat, and the other with cinnamon. So good. I'll be sure to bring some for you all at Thanksgiving. So now I have a new hobby - bread making!
